Garnerin Group is a business technology consulting firm specializing in strategy and roadmap development, application and infrastructure optimization, and global execution management.
Garnerin Group, Inc. was founded in 2010 by a core team of professionals who have worked together servicing a broad cross section of enterprise clients and delivering successful global programs since 1995.
As an independent boutique consultancy, Garnerin provides unbiased and focused strategic advice to an enterprise client base. Our strategic partnerships and affiliations allow us to operate on a truly global basis, and enable us to pull in the best people for the job on every project providing a customized, tailored approach to our service delivery.
We understand and embrace the evolving nature of business and of employee/employer relationships, which, in the consulting sphere, includes the rise of the independent and self-employed professional. Successful companies increasingly rely on diverse networks and affiliations of talent and expertise, and innovate and deliver results through open source collaboration as opposed to more traditional hierarchical, “closed loop” labor pools. By adopting a more flexible model of full time employees and an extended network of specialists, we can augment our core expertise and provide on-demand intellectual capital with the best team to meet specific client requirements.
Garnerin supports choice and flexibility in how our employees and associates obtain important benefits. We understand the traditional approach to health coverage is undergoing substantial change and we view the separation of individual health coverage decisions from employment as a positive development. Nevertheless, we subscribe to a set of high quality health plans, and Garnerin offers and subsidizes top-tier Medical, Dental, Vision plans with Oxford Health, United Healthcare, and MetLife. We provide the same subsidy to Garnerin employees who opt to pursue private network coverage or other options more suited to their needs.
Community and Inspiration
Garnerin is a global firm headquartered in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City, one of the fastest growing and leading creative areas in the world. We're proud to call prominent and emerging art galleries, creative businesses, disruptive startup technology firms, and some of the most successful individuals in the world our neighbors. The revival of the neighborhood is, in part, attributed to The High Line Park, which exemplifies the power of creative determination and community achievement. Garnerin is a sustaining member of the Friends of the High Line.
