Chris is a detail-oriented and dedicated program manager with demonstrated experience in delivering complex hardware and software solutions, specifically focused on Building Technology Services.  His project leadership experience includes core network design and building infrastructure, indoor/outdoor wireless systems, DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems), physical cabling, CCTV and security systems, and BMS for a cross-industry client base.  

Past projects have included both new construction and existing building fit-outs.  Chris is well versed in managing all aspects of technical project management including scope definition, cost/budget analysis, resource management, scheduling, risk mitigation, change management, and stakeholder communication.   

Chris is a graduate of Bates College and lives in Brooklyn, New York.
