Jim is a senior consultant and financial professional with over 15 years of experience working with enterprise organizations. Jim brings a strong business and analytical background to client work, with a focus on financial modeling and portfolio optimization. 

Jim has provided leadership in the financial due diligence in support of enterprise client data center investment decisions.  From greenfield data center build planning and budgeting to power spend analysis and optimization strategies, Jim has delivered board level decision support to some of the world’s largest and most competitive organizations.

Jim has a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Economics with certificates in Actuarial Studies and Management from the University of Rochester, where he was a National Merit Scholar. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration (Beta Gamma Sigma) with concentrations in Finance as well as Corporate and Public Accounting from the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester.  Jim lives in Manhattan, New York.
